Frequently Asked Questions As You Prepare...
Malibu Experience FAQ
What should I do before I come?
Keep it simple. Spend some time reflecting on one question:
"What am I ready to release?"
You don't need your entire future figured out before you arrive. In fact, once you let go of what's been holding you back, your vision often becomes much clearer. Set the intention to release old thoughts, emotions, patterns, or stories—and come with an open mind.
Will I have to share my personal story with the group?
No.
You are never required to share anything that doesn't feel comfortable or safe. You can experience profound transformation without telling your story publicly.
If you'd like to share privately with Laura, you'll have the opportunity—but it's always your choice.
What should I pack?
Comfort is the priority.
Think relaxed Malibu style:
- Comfortable clothes
- Layers for cooler evenings
- Walking shoes if you'd like
- Anything that helps you feel like yourself
You'll receive detailed packing lists, meeting locations, accommodations, transportation suggestions, and all logistics before the event.
Will I fit in? Am I ready?
If you felt called to this experience, trust that.
Many people experience excitement, nervousness, or even unexpected emotions before arriving. That's completely normal. Often, old fears surface because you're stepping into a new version of yourself.
You don't need to be "ready." You simply need to be willing.
What if old emotions or situations start showing up before Malibu?
That's actually common.
As you commit to change, unresolved emotions sometimes rise to the surface. Don't panic or assume you're moving backward—it's often a sign those emotions are ready to be released.
You don't need to analyze everything. Simply notice what comes up and bring it with you. We'll work through it together during the experience.

The biggest takeaway
You don't need to have all the answers before you come.
Come willing to let go of what's no longer serving you. The clarity, confidence, and next chapter often emerge because you've created the space for them.
