Preparing for Your Arrival

Preparing for Your Malibu Experience

A few thoughts from Laura before you arrive...

Come with trust.
The moment you said "yes" to Malibu, your transformation already began. You don't need to know exactly what's going to happen—just trust yourself, trust the process, and know you're exactly where you're meant to be.

Arrive relaxed.
The calmer you are before you arrive, the more open you'll be to receive. Have fun packing. Get good sleep. Don't overwork yourself beforehand. Remember:

The most relaxed version of you is the most powerful version of you.

Think about what you're ready to release.
You don't need to write pages in a journal or relive painful experiences. Simply ask yourself:

  • What am I ready to let go of?
  • What no longer belongs in my next chapter?

Come with intention, not emotional overwhelm.

Don't worry about having your whole future figured out.
Your vision often becomes much clearer after you release what's been weighing you down. Let the experience unfold naturally.

Dress as your future self.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move, sit, and journal in. Bring layers for cool beach evenings, a hat, and sunscreen if you have a favorite.

For the Futures Dinner, choose an outfit that represents the person you're becoming—not because it's expensive or fancy, but because it carries meaning for you. It could even be a special piece of jewelry or an item that reminds you of your future vision.

Expect the unexpected—in the best possible way.
Transformation doesn't always happen the way you imagine. Stay open, curious, and willing to be surprised.

Notice what comes into focus.
As you grow, you may become more aware of areas of your life that no longer fit. You don't need to make immediate decisions—simply notice them. Awareness is the first step toward alignment.

Bring your phone.
There will be a special opportunity to record something meaningful for your future self. Many participants revisit this recording for years afterward.

Most importantly…
You don't have to earn this experience. You don't have to be "ready enough." The physical changes often catch up after the internal shift.

The moment you chose Malibu, your next chapter had already begun. Come exactly as you are—and leave as the person you're becoming.

I got you!
