11. Measure Progress Not Pounds.

It is Day 11 and you are now officially progressing, even if you don't see it yet! How you choose to measure progress can tell you a lot about where you're coming from. Do you constantly test yourself daily to check for progress from what the scale says? Whether you see an inch down? Do you want to self inflict punishment out of habit of always telling yourself what you're doing is wrong? This is where you can start to shift from a downspiral to an upspiral in our 21-Day Reset.
